Non – fee services

On-site reading service: Users can freely access documents on the shelves of the open stacks such as: periodicals room, consulting book room, doctoral and master thesis room, foreign language book room and Vietnamese reference book room.     Off-site reading service: Users can borrow documents of foreign language book room, Vietnamese reference book room and textbook room at circulation unit.

Information consultation: Clearly guiding and instructing users how to access the library’s information resources and how to use the library’s information products and services.
Multimedia service: With 50 computers supported with applied software, Training and Information searching room allows users to access online databases, the digital collection and connect the Internet.

Users Training: Guiding users how to search and use the library’s information resources and how to use the library’s computer network. Training classes are held weekly for new members. Staffs, researchers and scientists can contact directly the library for a detailed instruction.
