Development Strategy

Development route:       From 2006 to 2011: Build an information system – electronic library.       From 2011 to 2020: Build a modern digital library.   Development strategy:       Build a modern library to meet the demands of nationally leading university in agriculture, forestry and fishery universities.       Set up a center for storing and processing information; manage information through library portal to serve effectively for training and science research of the university.       Build learning and training center – self study for students and other training models.

  Develop the cooperative relations, exchange and share information resources with internal and external libraries, academic libraries’ union especially with agriculture, forestry and fishery libraries.
   Improve professional and management skills for staffs to meet the demands on library development and integration to the world.
   Manage all materials. Upgrade and modernize library. Improve competence to serve for training, science research and management of the university.
