General administration and IT division

Tasks:
        Manage library portal.
        Manage network system and information technology equipments.
        Ensure the access to databases, electronic library software and other software of informatics system at the Luong Dinh Cua Library and Information Center.
        Activate the library cards and build the users’ profile
        Perform other tasks such as: administrative work (received/sent documents), environmental sanitation.
        Manage properties and equipment.
