As a momentous joint event organized by two pioneering projects, LIRLAP (Linking disaster risk governance and land-use planning) and KAHR (Climate Adaptation, Flood, Resilience), the International Conference on Recovery and Reconstruction took place at the esteemed TU Dortmund University, Germany on July 4, 2023. Prof. Dr. Tran Trong Phuong, Dean of the Faculty of Natural Resources and Environment, VNUA, delivered a thought-provoking presentation on the "Overview of Strategic Spatial Planning in Emerging Land-Use in Hanoi".
